Accreditation from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), London

Jeddah Community College (JCC) has been working industriously to bring professional qualifications to benefit the students as well as insurance sector, which is in dire need of qualified insurance staff.

Accordingly, JCC started efforts to engage with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), London. CII is one of the world’s renowned insurance professional qualification body in UK.  It is over 100 years old institution and Queen of Britain is the patron of the CII. Its qualification is universally recognized and CII qualified can get job anywhere in the world.

JCC initiated the accreditation process with CII since 2013. The accreditation process require complying with the CII standards in respect of the following:

• Quality    •  Professional     • Credibility    • Course Delivery    • Effectiveness

Mr. Jeremy Mullen from CII visited JCC in the month of February 2015 for meeting with JCC dean Dr. Ahmed Alabdulwahab and other dignitaries of the college and university. Other objective of his visit was to assess JCC’s resources for accreditation purpose.

By the grace of Allah, JCC received a good news of the approval of accreditation from the CII. Accordingly, JCC became the first college in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to get accreditation with CII.
