JCC Hosts COE Accreditation Team

The Dean of King AbdulAziz University Community College, Dr. Ahmad Saleh Abdulwahhab have announced that the accreditation team of The Council on Occupational Education (COE), which is base in Georgia, USA, will visit the college for the reaffirmation of academic accreditation. The reaffirmation of accreditation process and visit is usually conducted every six years. The visit has been scheduled from 14^th to 19^th of Rajab 1437 H, corresponding to the period from 21^st to 26^th of May 2016. The visiting team will review the SSR (Self-Study Report) prepared by the college and examine its supporting documents for each of the 10 accreditation standards of the Council. The team will also conduct an on-site inspection of the college's programs, activities, services and facilities in addition to meeting with the college’s students, academic, administrative and technical staff as well as some private sector representatives and employers. The visit aims to closely evaluate the college’s achievements and its adherence to the accreditation standards and application of quality assurance practices required by the council. At the end, the visit will result in a detailed formal report about the institution status and a recommendation for the Council Commission regarding the reaffirmation of its accreditation.
